Today i CHEATED!

yes yes i did? and guess what? i LOVED IT! mwahhahhahaaa.. totally worth it!!! .. i think i needed a good proper meal.. i deserve it right? i mean i do workout 6 days a week, drink up plenty of what, have my fruits and veggies,take my fish oil pill and umm yeah!

 So one yummy meal wont cancel out all that hard work..(giving myself excuses) #foreverfat..

This is what i cheated with

                                           That was some gooooddd grass fed Australian steak! The Steak Company in bareeq shatti and yes.. i finished it =) except the mash potato i was too full and i dont think i even managed to have half of it..


And why stop there right? ended the night with some yummy pistachio gelato from gelato <3 okay i am proud of myself that it'll still half was full but thinking about the pista flavor now.. i think i'll finish it off



All in all the good news is i feel like im starting to feel skinnier! the scale did say i dropped another kg but i think i'll focus more on how i look and since my main goal is to tone up. I really dont feel guilty eating this today.. I feel great!!!!..

I LOVE SUNDAES!!!...oppps i ment Sunday's =) #foreverfat

Last night I basically screwed my body over with a messed up sleeping pattern. After my workout which consisted of 20 on the elliptical machine, 20 minutes on the on the treadmill and ended it with a weight lifting(strength) training session for around 25 minutes I think!. Showered afterwards and decided to get to bed by 11 so i can be up by 2.30 a.m to finish up an assignment. At around 6ish a.m i was finally done! why do i love Sunday's? because i don't need to be at college till around 10 (only time of the week) so i took a little nap till 8 a.m.
        Today's meal plan isn't as depressing as yesterdays since I had some time to prepare it!
Breakfast : 2 boiled eggs and a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice.. (i squeeze it so yes its totally fresh =))

Lunch: Grilled chicken breast sandwich on some greens on whole wheat bread. Get this I had some watermelon too! I should give it a fancy name so it sounds more interesting. How about Lemon tyme apple wood grilled chicken with some wild north Atlantic mushrooms and exotic veggies =D! meh..

Dinner:  I first had to bake up an order of cupcakes but after that since the oven was still on i picked out some veggies in the fridge such as spinach, baby asparagus, garlic (yes garlic),tomato,egg plant and added half took half an onion. I grabbed aluminum foil and put all the veggies on it then added a little bit of olive oil and mixed herbs.. I dont remember exactly what but i think i added some salt,pepper, Italian herbs and paprika. Closed it up and popped it into the oven for 45 minutes. Oh and i forgot some chicken on the side( gotta have protein!)

Im also proud to say, i took some a few photos of what I've been eating today! please excuse the quality but my Blackberry wont do a better job then this.

Workout for the day: Since i weight lifted yesterday then today's workout plan will be cardio only.

Downside with today's meal plan is that i didn't have a proper snack in between meals, just another apple. Even though a friend and i have been talking about food all day and she is an enemy at the moment since i was about to buy a pint of ice cream and make some chocolate sauce at home then use up any extra chocolate cupcakes and make a sundae! YES DIVYA Im talking about you =@!!! no more food talk please!!! =* we can do itttt!!!! skinnyville is getting closer and closer!

Where is skinnyville?
Skinnyville is the land where many of us want to get to. Its the land of being a weight which is determined as success and happiness to you. It isn't of course all about being skinny in the end. Its about finding the right balance between happiness and health.

How far along am i till i get to the land of skinnyville?
Well lets just say its around 6 Kgs away! The actual goal is really to lose flabby fat and substitute with some awesome yummy muscles which will end up burning more calories!

Skinnyville you might be far away but i can still see you!

Today's Meals


Breakfast : I had a cup of mint green tea (without sugar) and a boiled egg sandwich with greens on whole wheat bread

Lunch: I didnt have enough time to make myself a proper lunch or snack so i ended up having a hand full of almonds and an apple =/ how interesting!.. though i had people in college giving me funny looks when they saw me taking out a bag of almonds.

Snack (at around 5 p.m) : skimmed yogurt which fresh cut strawberries and mango.

Dinner : honestly i know its not a good idea but im really not hungry! so i'll end up having a cup of whey before and after my workout in a bit!

Overall


Today is actually day 7 of my diet (yaaay!) and i really do feel great!. I started seeing the effects of eating healthy and drinking a lot of water physically. Through I'm planning a little cheat snack soon since i'll be baking up some chocolate raspberry cupcakes this week =$. I had a few of those moments of standing in front of the fridge being tempted to grab a snickers bar in the past week. I'm proud that i managed to go to BnF yesterday and ended up ordering a grilled chicken salad with no dressing ;).. hell yeah!
